But, they sleep until around 8-8:30and don't eat breakfast until closer to 9, so that is probably why they don't need that snack any longer. My youngest is turning 2 this week and she is on the same schedule. And in the afternoon I only give them a snack if they ask for it. Most days they don't even ask for one. But, they eat 3 really good meals a day and seem satisfied with that. I think you can stick to the snacks if the girls are still eating a good lunch and dinner.Krishttps://www.blogger.com/profile/17808054749116460649noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-7325878.post-73656328927903245622008-10-19T22:52:00.000-04:002008-10-19T22:52:00.000-04:00I would keep the snack. It is usually fruit and or yogurt/ applesauce etc. We try not to eat a lot of junky food and only water to drink!

I say if it isn't broken don't fix it. And actually it is better to keep the blood sugar at a constant that is why they recomend we eat 5 to 6 smaller meals!!Anonymoushttps://www.blogger.com/profile/02068276426217502543noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-7325878.post-17463276541119732022008-10-17T10:32:00.000-04:002008-10-17T10:32:00.000-04:00I am not an expert on this, but I think that if it...I am not an expert on this, but I think that if it isn't ruining their appetite for the big meals and they are acting hungry I would keep it.
