Baby Update

Well I'm 35 weeks preggo. I went to the Dr. today and everything is on track. I'm on Spring Break so I'm trying very hard to get some much needed rest so I can go back to school for about 3 or 4 weeks. I'm hoping it's more like 2 or 3 weeks, but we'll see. Tomorrow I'm going to have pregnancy pictures made by a friend. She offered to take them for us, because she's just getting started in photography. She wants to build up her portfolio. So I'm hoping I can put some preggo pics up on the blog from her. The girls are doing good, we're spending time potty training yet again this week. The good news is that neither one of them has had a pee pee accident. I'll try to take some other pics of the girls soon.

New Church

Well, I know this blog is mostly about the girls and pics of them, but I thought I would tell y'all what we're up to as a family right now. Next Sunday we will be meeting for the first time with our new church. Last year we met a guy named Joel Engle and realized that we were all equally interested in church planting. So we started meeting with him & his wife and praying about where, when, and how. We decided on Keller, TX. It is a huge growing area. It is amazing how many people are moving into Keller. Dustin is going to be on staff with the new church, but they are all raising their own support. So right now we are trying to figure out exactly what that means for us. Since I'll be having Peyton very soon, our plan is that I'll stay home with the girls. Childcare is just way to expensive for 3 kids. So we are excited about all the things God is doing right now and can't wait to see what else he does. If you would like to see the new church website check out www.theexchangedfw.com. Snow!!!!!

We've had some crazy weather this week. This past Sat. I think it was close to 80 degrees. On Monday night it was freezing and snowing. Tuesday morning there was still snow on the ground in some places and by Tuesday afternoon it was sunny and 65 degrees. Wed. I think it was about 65 again. Today it started raining around 10 and that became sleet then snow. This afternoon it was snowing a lot and we probably had about 2-3 inches of snow. Here's a few pics of us playing in the snow.

Baby Registries

I wanted to let anyone that's interested know that I have registered for some things we would love to have for Peyton. I registered with Target, Babies R Us and Walmart. Both Target & Babies R Us have a few things on them. Walmart has a little bit of a longer list.

Peyton's Room

Here's Peyton's room so far. It basically looks like the girls room did minus one crib.

Cameron & Taylor's New Room

Here's Cameron & Taylor's room so far. We're not completely done I just thought I'd give an update. We still need to do something with the window I just don't really know what.

We've made a decision!!!!

After many votes and several conversations we finally decided on a name. I think Avery actually won the online vote, but in our house Peyton is the winner. I think the thing that helped make the decision was that Taylor said she liked Peyton most. So we hope that you like our choice! We're extremely excited to meet Peyton. She's really become very active recently!!!

We got to visit and have tons of fun enjoying Christmas with our families in TN.

I haven't posted pics in a while but I wanted to post some of the girls. We went to the ICE exhibit at the Texan Gaylord. I'm also so proud to announce that Dustin is now a seminary graduate. He now has his Master of Divinity.

Voting!!!

Well we're going to have our own little vote. I don't think there will be as much politicing as there is in Iowa for our vote, but we would like your input. Please know this does not in any way mean that we are going to definitely chose the name with the top votes or even one of these 5 names. These are 5 names that Dustin and I both kind of like. I think we both have one that we like a little more than the others. We found the one I like the most last night. I think I like it the most??? Pink, pink, and more pink

Well I only thought I had previously found my inner pink. It looks like now there's even more pink to discover. We're having another girl. Everything is going great and she weighs 12 oz. Yea!!! PINK!!!

Birthday pics

We didn't get many pictures, but here are a few that we took.

In the last picture the girls are staring to open their presents and their friends are playing on the gym bar. We borrowed it from a friend of mine and it was so fun for all the kids. They loved swinging like monkeys.

18 1/2 weeks

Wow I can't believe it's been 3 years since that exciting day that you came into our lives.



You 2 can make me smile so quickly. I'm so happy that I was able to spend every single day with you until I started work. I was able to see you grow and learn so many things. What a blessing!! It has been the hardest thing in the world to leave you every day to go to work, but for the most part y'all have truly enjoyed going to daycare and Amy's house last year. It's amazing to look at each of you and try so hard to think back to when y'all were our sweet little noodles. We're so excited to see you grow and to see how God will use you to impact this world.

Halloween

Here's a cute picture of our sweet Dora & Boots. We had a blast trick or treating and then went to our churches Trunk R Treat. The girls have been sick but still had tons of fun. I haven't even uploaded my pics yet, this is one that a friend emailed me. More to come....

Hair Cuts

We took the girls to get their hair cut today. We chopped quite a bit off. Aren't they cute? We went to the pumpkin patch this evening and the fair last weekend.
