Ups & Downs
Wow this past month has been crazy. I started looking for a teaching job for the fall and kept hitting brick walls. My grandfather was diagnosed with cancer. The girls and I decided to go home to Memphis to visit with him. It was great to see him and the rest of the family. Unfortunately the cancer really hit him hard and he went to be with God a little over a week ago. We went home for his funeral. That was very hard, but we are so happy that he is now at peace. The night of the funeral I checked my messages and I got a call from the principal that I interviewed with several weeks before. He told me that he would like to recommend me for a 1st grade position. Yeah! Its been a tough month. We all miss Papa so much and know that he is happy in Heaven. I hope that all of our readers are having a great summer.

I am so sorry to hear about your Papa. I am however happy to know that he was a believer therefore in His presence now. Also, congratualtions on the job. I am so happy for you. I hope everything else is going well. The girls look so good and happy. We love you and check your blog often to keep up with your happenings...keep posting.

What are you going to do with the girls when you start to teach? Did you hear from Kevin's update that Aaron is moving back up to New Brunswick?
Hope you all find a house you want to buy real soon. Sounds like things are really coming together for you. I'm excited for you guys!
